Welcome to Live Life Spiritual Direction, a division of Live Life LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at livelifespiritual.com (the “Website”) and all services offered by Live Life Spiritual Direction, including spiritual coaching, Reiki energy healing, business coaching, bioenergetic testing (Qest4), ministerial services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our Website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “you”) and Live Life Spiritual Direction, owned and operated by Denise Maple, located at 202 E. Main St, Suite 200, Whitewater, WI 53190 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Services Offered

Live Life Spiritual Direction provides holistic and coaching services, which may include:

• Spiritual coaching sessions (in-person or via Zoom)

• Reiki sessions

• Business coaching

• Qest4 Bioenergetic Testing sessions

• Ministerial services, including wedding officiating, baby blessings, and funeral services

• Group programs, workshops, and online content

• Blog content and educational resources

All sessions are by appointment only and may be conducted in person at our Whitewater, WI office or via video conference (Zoom). Off-site services are conducted from time to time.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The Services provided by Live Life Spiritual Direction are intended for personal growth, spiritual development, and holistic wellness purposes only. Our Services are NOT a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Denise Maple is a trained spiritual practitioner through the Centers for Spiritual Living and a certified life coach through Clear Inner Focus. She is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, attorney, or financial advisor in the traditional regulatory sense.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will consult a qualified medical or mental health professional for any physical or psychological conditions.

• Spiritual coaching and Reiki are complementary practices and are not evidence-based medical treatments.

• Results from coaching and other sessions vary and are not guaranteed.

• You take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and well-being.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Scheduling

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. You may book via our Website or by contacting us directly. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment.

3.2 Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee or a cancellation charge, at our discretion.

3.3 Refunds

Fees paid for individual sessions are generally non-refundable once the session has been completed. For session packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if requested within 30 days of purchase, provided no more than one session from the package has been completed. We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis in extenuating circumstances. Sale-priced items and services are not eligible for refund. 3.4 Exchanges

As a supporter of small businesses, we may, at our sole discretion, agree to a mutually satisfactory exchange of goods or services of equal value in lieu of monetary payment. All exchanges must be agreed upon in writing in advance.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting into our communication services, you agree to receive SMS messages from Live Life Spiritual Direction.

• Message Types: You may receive text messages including, but not limited to, appointment reminders, scheduling alerts, service notifications, and occasional promotional offers or updates.

• Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.

• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

• Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through methods listed on our Website. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Client.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your needs.

• Engage with sessions in good faith and take personal responsibility for your growth and outcomes.

• Treat Denise Maple and any associated staff with respect and professionalism.

• Inform us of any medical, psychological, or other conditions relevant to your sessions.

• Not record sessions without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to discontinue Services to any Client who engages in abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.

7. Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Information shared during coaching or healing sessions is held in confidence to the extent permitted by law. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or in circumstances where we believe there is a risk of harm to you or others. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on our Website, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, blog articles, course materials, guided meditations, and other resources — is the intellectual property of Live Life Spiritual Direction or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from this Website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing a link to our content is permitted and encouraged.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
