Refund and Returns Policy
Live Life Spiritual Direction

This Refund and Returns Policy governs purchases made through the Live Life Spiritual Direction website at livelifespiritual.com and applies to all services and products offered by Live Life Spiritual Direction, a division of Live Life LLC. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Services — Individual Sessions
Fees paid for individual sessions (spiritual coaching, Reiki, bioenergetic testing, ministerial services, etc.) are generally non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please see Section 4 (Cancellations) below.
2. Services — Session Packages
For session packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- No more than one session from the package has been completed at the time of the request.
Once more than one session has been completed, or more than 30 days have passed since purchase, packages are no longer eligible for a full or pro-rated refund. We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis in extenuating circumstances.
3. Digital Products and Downloadable Content
Digital products (including downloadable content, guided meditations, and online course materials) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee or a cancellation charge, at our discretion.

5. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. They may be applied toward any service or product offered by Live Life Spiritual Direction.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items and services are eligible for refund. Items or services purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for refund.
7. Exchanges
As a supporter of small businesses and holistic community values, we may, at our sole discretion, agree to a mutually satisfactory exchange of goods or services of equal value in lieu of monetary payment or as an alternative to a cash refund. All exchanges must be agreed upon in writing prior to the session or purchase.
8. How to Request a Refund

Please include your name, the date of purchase, a description of the service or product, and your reason for requesting a refund. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase.
9. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
If you have not received your refund after approval, please:
- Check your bank account or card statement.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take several business days for the credit to post.
- Contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time.
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
