Cabin Fever Women’s Day

Denise will be offering a meditation practice at the Cabin Fever Women’s Day through Seniors at the Park. Enjoy a day away celebrating you! This one-day Women’s Day features yoga, meditation, educational sessions and so much more! Create things for gifts or yourself, reconnect and re-focus, and get your body moving. Your day ends with wine tasting (from your etched glass) cheese and chocolate. We’ll wrap up the day with door prizes and send you home relaxed and energized. Cost: $30

8:30—9:00 Continental Breakfast & Welcome
9:00—9:50 Yoga with Lorelei– Please bring your own yoga mat
9:00—9:50 Music and Mental Health
10:00—10:50 Mindful Meditation with Denise
10:00—10:50 Charcuterie how to– A fun way to serve appetizers
11:00—11:50— Tarot Journal– Draw a tarot card and interpret what it might mean. Learn a little about tarot cards in the process
11:00—11:50 Glass etching– Use one of our pre-cut designs to add some pizzazz to your glass. Everything provided.
12—12:50 Salad Luncheon and recipe swap
1:00-1:50 Whitewater Scavenger Hunt– Have a nice after-lunch stroll. Take a picture with your group at each location. The group that has the most pictures will win a small prize.
1:00-1:50 Winter Sowing—Create your own miniature greenhouse to grow your very own vegetable or flower seedlings to transplant this spring.
2:00-3:00 Wine tasting, Cheese and Chocolate samples, and Door Prizes. If you didn’t get a chance to etch a glass before and would like to, you can do it now.

Registration forms will be available at the Seniors at the Park front desk or you can email Jennifer French at JFrench@whitewater-wi.gov. You do not need to be a senior to participate. All adult ages are welcome. Proceeds benefit Rockin’ Respite at Seniors at the Park.
