In this 90~minute experience we’ll explore how family patterns affect our families’ and individual lives. This inner transformation first brings peace and freedom to you, naturally creating a ripple effect. Through guided discussion, healing meditations, Reiki energy work, and soothing sound healing, you’ll be supported in letting go of old burdens and opening space for joy, harmony, and deeper connection. Facilitated by guided meditation, Reiki, and sound bowls, this journey will move you.

Denise Maple is a Mind Body Spirit Coach, Reiki Master, EFT Practitioner, and Licensed Spiritual Practitioner who helps people release limiting patterns, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create greater peace, freedom, and joy in their lives. Through Live Life Spiritual Direction, Denise blends spiritual coaching, energy healing, meditation, EFT, and intuitive practices to support meaningful transformation of mind, body, and spirit. Jessica Nolen is a licensed massage therapist, master-level energy practitioner, certified yoga instructor, and sound healer whose work brings together the healing power of touch, energy, movement, and vibration. With a deep understanding of fascia, the nervous system, and somatic awareness, she creates supportive experiences designed to help the body soften, release tension, and return to greater balance. Through crystal sound bowls and vibrational healing, she invites participants into a deeply restorative space where they can quiet the mind, reconnect with the wisdom of the body, and open to emotional and energetic release.
