This is a heart opening workshop. In our modern world, we are often taught to look to the physical and shut off the invisible whisperings of our hearts and desires. When we don’t pay attention to our heart and only listen to our head, it can lead to illness and dissatisfaction with life.

Does your heart feel closed off? Maybe the stress you have been under or past disappointments have led you to consciously or unconsciously close your heart. Our heart is a beautiful, intelligent guidance system. If you think it has failed you in the past, I encourage you to rethink that. Your heart knows what it wants. Perhaps, historically, we have misinterpreted the steps to get what we want. And don’t forget, our past has led to exactly where we are now – in the perfect place.

After this interactive session, you will be able to:
· Identify ways to heal your heart
· Look inside your heart for your deepest desires, even the ones forgotten or set aside
· Understand why you may have set aside your desires
· Forgive yourself for temporarily side-stepping your dreams
· Move forward in pursuit of your heart’s desires with confidence and direction
